Extension of a young horse stable
In the case of desired or necessary expansions, it is important that the new buildings fit in with the
existing facilities and functional processes.
After EQUUS DESIGN PLANUNG had already planned the original show jumping facility and several
extensions, the need for a young horse stable also arose over the years. As an extension to the
existing riding facility, a functional stable building with a spacious feeding and lying area and paved
group paddocks was built. There is room for 4 groups of 4-6 horses each (one to three years old).
Great importance was attached to simple and uncomplicated procedures and ease of use. From the
paved paddocks, the young horses have direct access to spacious grazing areas. Large gates on both
gable ends of the building make it easy to remove manure with a tractor.
